Award for Best Sustainable Development - New Buildings

Description

 

This award recognises and encourages the demonstrated application of sustainability practices that reduce a project’s eco footprint over the entire lifecycle.

 

Eligible entrants are new developments that have been completed in the previous three years and have been operating for at least one year as at 31 December 2019.

The award is open to members of the Property Council of Australia only and who have not won the award previously. (Note: Nominated companies must be a Property Council of Australia member in the state where the project is located). Innovation in your responses should be clearly expressed.

EY Centre, 200 George Street, is a new landmark building redefining the Sydney skyline. Completed in June 2016, the distinctively sculptured, office tower combines a range of innovative architectural features with high-performance engineering to deliver a beautifully distinct design with market leading operational performance, achieving 6 Star Green Star ratings across Design, As-Built and Performance benchmarks and a 5.5 Star NABERS Energy rating.
