Award for Best Mixed Use Development
This award recognises and rewards innovation in a mixed use development.
For the purpose of the award, a mixed use development is a development that comprises of at least two substantive uses of the following; office, retail, residential, tourism and leisure, community facilities, logistics/warehouse, distribution or high technology.
Eligible entrants are developments or refurbishments that have been completed in the previous five years, have been operating for at least one year as at 31 December 2019.
The award is open to members of the Property Council of Australia only and projects which have not won this award previously. (Note: Nominated companies must be a Property Council of Australia member in the state where the project is located). Innovation in your responses should be clearly expressed.

Coorparoo Square (QLD)

Coorparoo Square is a $250 million mixed use joint venture between Frasers Property Australia and Honeycombes Property Group, which comprises 366 residential apartments, resort style resident facilities, and 6,500 square metres of retail floor space.
The project has redefined the heritage rich suburb of Coorparoo through the urban renewal of what was previously Queensland’s first Myer building. Coorparoo Square’s stunning architecture has changed the face of the skyline and the project has been well accepted in the marketplace becoming a landmark precinct within inner Brisbane.
